Hello
Been waiting for my NCLEX results for 4 days now here in CA.:whistling:Finished this time (2nd) in 75 Qs using Uworld, lacharity and NCSBN. Felt prepared this time around but still have not heard. What is the longest someone has waited? Last time I ended in 265 and got a fail letter in 4 days. Just need an idea if something may be holding it up or no news is good news??? Help
No I didn't do the PVT trick. I wanted to but I didn't. Idk if that makes a difference I only did it one time. I tried it my first time I took the test and I failed so I didn't want to do it again. Lol All the other times my results came at least 2-3 weeks. I took mine at Fairfield in Solano.
How was your test overall ? I got a lot of Mental health questions and I think I got about 12-14 SATA, 1 calculation but it was an easy; it was converting I think. . Lol everytime I would get SATA I would be so happy because I felt like I was doing good even tho it was so hard and I probably got them wrong. And my last question was about Aldactone. And I stopped at 85
I got a lot of mental health and maternity. Probably got 10-12 SATA which was mostly staff meeting conferences. It was weird I never seen those before but I guess they just added it this year. 1 calculations, 1 charts, some med/surg, pharm, pediatrics. Oh and some priority and some delegations. I ended at 86. I didn't know anything. I felt like I failed so bad when I was done. Lol what did you use to study?
I feel you. I felt like I didn't study any of the questions or weren't aware of any of them. But I used my Saunder 6th edition one, ATI from school, la charity. But I focused on my ati which I think was useless because this year I think they changed the whole percentages and the format of the questions if I'm not mistaken and my ATI was from 2014 when I graduated, it wasn't updated. What about you?? I'm going to try Uworld next if I don't pass.ive heard a lot of good reviews about it. I'm over the whole greif after waiting for more than a month and when I get my result if I don't pass o want to make sure I'm ready and know what to do next. But I'm keeping it positive as much as I can. lol
Yeah, I heard Uword is really good. I used Exam Cram, Nclex PN pocket prep on my phone, Saunders towards my test day and these Nclex reviews papers from school. I mostly just did question all day on my phone and read the rationales. I started at 25 and once I mastered 25 I kept moving the number up. Nclex PN pocket prep literally prepared me again for Nclex. The style question helped remembered how the questions was. The only con about the app is that it doesn't have SATA questions. But probably the day off my test I did a trial for Nclex PN mastery and the App was the bomb. I wished I had that to study. You should get those app if you didn't pass so you can have questions on had. I'm gonna get Nclex mastery if I dont pass too. Yeah I'm totally over just waiting but I really wanna know how I did. I just want it to be over. Lol
Oh yea I used mastery! it's such a good app. & worth it. They also have the clinical app under Nclex mastery which I think is good too. It helps refresh on some procedures. I'll keep you update pass or fail! Thank you for letting me know about your situation it made me feel better knowing I'm not alone with this whole waiting for more than 6 weeks going on 7 í ½í¸© Urg! lol . Best luck to both of us!
