Hello i took nclex rn with missouri board on Saturday, stopped at 75 and i am pretty sure i answered the last question right but i am very nervous to do the trick. Is there a possibility that i passed since i answered the last question right?

Getting the last question right or wrong doesn't mean anything for this kind of testing. What does mean something is that you got only the minimum number of questions which means you either nailed this test or bombed it. Were you a good student who usually did well on exams? Is this your first time taking the NCLEX? If yes to both you have a very good chance of passing as somewhere around 85% of people taking this test for the first time do pass. The state doesn't matter at all, it's a national test. Only do the PVT if you are willing to either risk losing money because the charges go through, or will be ok with not putting the correct info but will also not know anything more than what I'm telling you. Seems like a lot of people do the trick and are just as anxious as before, because they do the silly trick many times over. What's the point if you aren't going to believe the answer (because you can't)?
If your state does the Quick Results thing, pay $8 48 hours after the test to find out if you passed or failed. I think you already know, honestly because at 75 questions, like I said it's either you aced it or bombed it. Good luck!
