NCLEX RN Mastery scores vs pass/fail on NCLEX

Hello! I graduated in December and recently purchased the RN NCLEX Mastery app. I haven't answered all the questions yet but so far I have a 61% average on the app. This is discouraging me a little because I take the NCLEX February 1st. I'm wondering for those of you that have used the app to study for NCLEX and are willing to share, what was your average score and did you pass or fail the NCLEX the first time?

My average was 52%. 50's-60's on all the tests. I passed nclex first attempt with 75 questions. Nclex mastery app really helped me. The questions are similar to the nclex questions and they really made me think. Good luck on your test!!

Also, don't be discouraged about getting lower scores than you would like. I've heard from many that Nclex is designed for people to pass/fail at 50%. They don't expect us to know everything, just enough to be considered a safe nurse.

Thank you for posting this! I am also taking the NCLEX on Feb 1. I've been using the NCLEX mastery app for a while now and my score is a 63% and I'm nervous about passing! I got a lot of information from the comments to your post.
