NCLEX review

hi, im a new member. :nurse: im reviewing for the nclex, im using saunders as my refernce. i love that book because it makes me easy to understand difficult topics specially in medical surgical nursing. can you help me make an outline on where to start. i mean what topic should i read first? i don't really know where to start. i would really appreciate your help. thank you! :nurse:

you have a pda with a saunders review on it? (this is the pda section) i was not aware that saunders had an nclex review for pda...or just the book? if you have the saunders comprehensive book (3rd or 4th ed), please go here https://allnurses.com/forums/f197/2008-version-suzanne-s-first-tip-272192.html i am just starting out on it myself as per the instructions of taking the test for each chapter, and rereading the 75% and below scores for each chapter... i also have an nclex reviewer for my palm, but that is for spur of the moment, waiting for my bus type moments.
