Hello everyone. My wife was refused to take the nclex a week ago because she didnt sign her passport... I hate her :angryfire Anyways, I was wondering if anyone can tell me how much the cost will be. It was her first time to take the exam. I checked with CA board and they said we dont have to pay anything for the first try and we only have to pay 200$ for the ATT and 150$ to take the test outside the country. But some people are telling me that I only have to pay 75$ for the retest. Can anyone tell me which is which and how I should go about this. Thank you
If she still has her ATT and hasn't expired then it should just be a case of re booking the exam and pay Pearsonvue their fees.

How do I reapply to take the NCLEX-RN examination?
To retake the NCLEX-RN Examination, you must submit to the Board a completed Request for Reapply/Repeat Examination form along with the reapplication fee of $75. When the Board issues a notice of failing result, the Request for Reapply/Repeat Examination form is provided to the candidate.
This form may also be downloaded from the Board’s Web site at http://www.rn.ca.gov/lic/reapply.htm.
Please note that you must also register again with the Pearson VUE testing service, and pay the $200 registration fee.
All in all you'll pay : $75 for the reapplication form, $200 for the exam, $150 for the location outside the U.S.
