nclex retake.. confused.. help anyone?!

hi..

im from the philippines and i hope someone could help me..

unfortunately, i failed my first take.. but im moving on..:cry:

enclosed with the result envelope was the reapplication form and nursing program verification.. as i understand im going to re-apply for another eligibility.. right?

my questions are:

how long am i going to wait for the eligibility to arrive? my first arrived after 4months, is it the same with the reappplication or is it much shorter waiting time? (btw, im applying for california bon)

i have filled out the REAPPLICATION FORM and the our dean also filled out my NSG PROG VERIFICATION FORM,

am i going to send this enclosed with the bankdraft all togethr using the letter envelope they also sent me?

please please i really need help.. i hope someone would enlighten me on this matter.. :no:
