NCLEX question

Hi I have just a quick question. I'm a graduate of nursing in the Philippines but still don't have my license when I moved here in WA. My question is if I can take the NCLEX in California since they don't require you to have a license back in the Philippines? and then just endorse it here in Washington? and also is it possible to take the NCLEX here in Seattle with out going to California? just need someone to clarify this stuff to me cause I don't know where to start. Thanks everyone and hope for your response.

    I'd suggest contacting the state boards in CA and WA :)
