NCLEX Question!

The practice tests I'm doing have multiple correct answers....is NCLEX actually like that?! Those questions make me want to scream and cry....especially when I choose 3 correct answers, but not the 4th, and get the question WRONG.

I had about 15-20 SATA questions on mine and stopped at 116 and passed on my first time =] Just try to do more questions! Good luck!
