Nclex prep needed

I need to prepare for the nclex for a second time cuz i had the test today but im sure i didnt pass. I did Kaplan blue book , saunders 4 edition. exam cram and Kaplan qbank and i felt Well prepared but the questions in the actual exam were so much different from the questions in the books i prepared from . I wanna use other methods Have you try La Charty? Have you try the new saunders book (the 5th edition )? I also want to know where to review questions from actual pictures like if I see a pic of a patient and I need to know what the patient has and what to do. Thank you.

The LaCharity book should help but I don't know that you want to spend more money on another Saunders book even though the 5th edition is a little updated. You are just going to have to buckle down and study again as if you had never tested. If you are persistent, you will pass.

Thank you for the advice. I'm just waiting for official results but I'm sure i fail because the pvt gets me to cc page and I'm feeling so bad but at same time don't want to wait time to start preparing again.

just don't give up... You'll pass. God bless...
