Thank you for your responses! So do you guys think that the stress of NCLEX and a new job are manageable for a newly pregnant lady? I know every one is different, I just want to make the best choice. :) Since you have been through NCLEX and novice nursing, is it really high stress?[/quote']It's an individual thing. I stressed but not too bad. Learning to tolerate 12 hour days on your feet is rough, I'd be concerned about your body and being pregnant and dealing with that. I'd wait to try until 6mo in the new job.
You are assuming that you are going to get pregnant "to order". Hopefully, you won't have a problem getting pregnant, but even with no problems it can take a little while. Why stress about something you can't control, like exactly when you conceive? Focus on what you can control like passing the test and adjusting to your new job.

My husband and I are trying to figure out a good time to try for another kid. I have my NCLEX upcoming, hopefully by the end of this month I will get my ATT. Would it be better to wait until after the NCLEX or better to try now? I am just curious about stress of NCLEX and starting a new job. I have a (new) job already lined up, so theres none of that at least. Just looking for some opinions. Thanks!
