To study for my exams, I do tons of practice questions and rationales. I have questions that come with the book, med Surg success, and Saunder's comprehensive review. I'm interested in getting one more "bank" of questions to practice with. I need a set a questions that are laid out by subject, like Saunders and MSS are. A bonus would be if I could get these questions online or with a CD, as I prefer to do them on the computer. Does anyone have any suggestions? I greatly appreciate it!

So much of the exam is based on your ability to prioritize, so I HIGHLY recommend going through the questions in the Prioritization, Delegation, and Assessment book. This is a hard copy, and I'm not sure if the questions have been transferred to an electronic format, so my apologies. However, I did almost every single question in the book before I took NCLEX and I feel it helped me to get a better sense of how to prioritize in nursing situations. The content in some of the questions was informative, too....they dealt with situations I hadn't really come across in school or in clinical situations.
Good luck! NCLEX is challenging, but it's honestly far less scary than we make it out to be. Don't psych yourself out, be confident, you CAN do this!
