Hey guys , so I took my nclex on 5/14/14 in Anaheim ca. First I have to say the morning of my test I didn't go to sleep till like 3 am cause I kept reviewing and reading up on things that I thought I might forget . I read my whole nclex pearson cram book and i don't know why but I didn't bother with my green Saunders . Turns out the morning of the test I go in the wrong building take in mind I'm super nervous & I had to wake up at 6 am since I live like an hour away from where I was scheduled to test; okay so I arrive to the wrong building , I have to drive to the actual building which was across the street and then I'm on the top floor and I tell myself ok "I'm ready I'm ready" and I realize something ..... I FORGOT MY ID!!!! Ugh . I had to go in the car and get it. My number was "19" and all I remember was walking in the building tired , sad, ******/excited weirdest feeling . I start taking my exam it was NOTHING what I studied NOTHING . Only like 10 /85 medsurg everything else was like leadership and delegation. My professors always told me that "THEY WILL PICK YOUR WEAKNESS" let me tell you they picked mine . Today its 5/27/14 I received my results . I FAILED !!! Ugh I'm so so so depressed . I don't want to tell anyone .
i did the pearson vue trick. It took me to the CC PAGE so yes
the trick is accurate .

I'm sorry that happened to you {HUGS}. I'm not really sure if it has anything to do with it but for me stress and lack of sleep generally correlates with doing poorly on exams. You just have to get back up on that horse and try again, maybe with a little more studying and sleep and a little less stress on exam day. I'm sure you will pass it next time! Good luck!

Ahhh sorry to hear that. So frustrating, I'm sure. Best advice I can give is please dig into your Saunders book! I spent a lot of time researching what seems to work for many and I kept seeing Saunders as a common thread. I studied a few hours each day working at the content and just basically practicing the questions over and over. If you think about it, it's not just about what "type" of questions the test asks, it's figuring out how to answer strategically. I hope you don't lose your momentum....take a deep breath and a short break and then hit the study questions again and get yourself back in there. You can DO it!!!!!
