Hi guys... I need help on my current situation. I'm an NCLEX passer without a US RN license. I applied my NCLEX thru the State of California, However, we all know that the said state doesn't issue a license unless you can provide your SSN within 3 years from the date you passed the exam.
Since, the retrogression is still ongoing, I'm stuck here in the Philippines and the 3-year time frame has already lapsed without me able to provide the SSN. However, recently, I found out that my employment based immigrant petition is already close to the current priority date. So I contacted my agent in the US and told her about my problem. But, she only told me that I need to endorse my pass letter so I can obtain a license, otherwise, she will not be able to provide a job order for me.
So what I need now are suggestions/recommendations on which US state accepts endorsement, or whatever you may call it having only the NCLEX pass letter from California.
Please help... Thanks

You do not need a license you just need VSC which will indicate you have meet requirements and passed NCLEX
VSC - Visa Screen Certificate? then why did my agent told me that she cannot give me a job offer unless I have an active license. BTW, my visa screen is also expired My agent also told me that the visa screen is needed later during the interview.
You need to ask your agent but many have just had a job offer with vsc without an active license.
VSC must be current so if that has expired then you will need to renew it and that means if applicable English exams
thank you very much for the insight. yes, i'll be taking the IELTS again sometime in june.
