Either way until the board of nursing reviews application you will not get eligibility to sit NCLEX
bunRN 5 Posts Jan 20, 2016 thanks mam! i guess im waiting for my CES to get done first then apply to the BON here. i havent take my english test yet as i am hoping that english as mode of instruction in school as well as how our books are written would justify that part. i do have in hand a certification that proves that. and just a thought, which state dont require much to take nclex? salamat (thank you)!!

If Michigan does require english proficiency then you need to take it, either TOEFL or IELTS, but first you have to check it with Michigan BON if what english test is acceptable. I am an RN in the Philippines too, even though our instruction was in english, they still require me to take the english proficiency exam. I applied for WA BON.
