I failed 4th time since 2013. I did not give up. on 08/07/15 I took it again. after 126 questions computer shut down. Did the PVT I received a good pop up. Now I am doing a live check of the quick result.

I believe that you will just have to be patient. And no I did not watch whatever video you posted.
