NCLEX to Licensure

Hey guys! I recently took the NCLEX and in my 48 hours of wait time I really began questioning when I might see my license.

How long after the NCLEX will I show up as an RN?

NCBON: when I called, they stated that it would take 5 business days AFTER you receive your quick results.

Me: I received my RN license information 6 actual days from my NCLEX test date.

Last month I received an email from the NC BON with a copy of my license less than 45 hours after completing the NCLEX, before my quick results were even available. Needless to say I never bothered getting my quick results.

It seems to vary a bit for everyone depending in part on when they took the NCLEX. I had all materials in several weeks ahead of time and signed up to take the test on the first available day. So glad to be done. Congratulations to you as well.

I completed my paperwork months ahead of time and still had to wait until Monday following my Tuesday test. That's crazy! Thank you for letting me know how different it can be apparently! Congratulations to you!

Hello!

I passed the NCLEX on June 9th. My name is till not on the NC BON website. Anyone else having this problem?

No. I took May 31 and had my license June 6th. Contact the board.

When I log on to my nurse gateway my licenses says "pending" but the CBC says "complete". Any idea what this means? I emailed and called & left a message.

Can you send me a screenshot of your account and licensesl status? I'll screenshot mine and show you what it will look like. Are you 100% sure you passed?

Yes I passed. Took two weeks from the day I took my NCLEX but my name is up on the website now!! :)
