You have way too much resources. Concentrate on one and get the best out of it.
How many questions are you answering per day?
Instead of scores, what are your weak subjects?
If you are going to take the test in a week, you should practice taking at least 200 questions a day. This just practices your mind if you are one of those who'll take the long haul.
Concentrate on client areas you are weak on. If you are weak on Risk Reduction, then get your risk reduction scores to average.
I agree with Nurse_ . Have you focused on your weaknesses??? Most of NCLEX studying is based on what you are struggling with.
To answer you question about the NCSBN program, it is a very comprehensive program to study for as little as three weeks to two months before the exam. I used this program a month before the exam, because it is like a mini nursing school course for NCLEX review. When I did study for the NCLEX, I had about 2.5-4months to study because I had to finish up required courses in order to get my degree. I made sure I broke up what resources I wanted to study from. I first used Kaplan for two weeks, Pharm flash cards for one week, PDA for three, Exam cram for one, NCSBN for three, Saunders Questions for two. Then straight review questions because I had to wait two more weeks to get a date that wasn't closed, but just reviewed lightly. I also took the exam during the afternoon, where I was more relaxed.
I think if you broke down your studies as I have done, then you have a great chance of succeeding. If you have weaknesses that you haven't covered, then I suggest you focus on those subjects ASAP. You have one more week. Good luck!
Thanks guys. My weakest are Basic Care and Infection Control. Focusing on these as we speak. I've read a couple of individuals who were doing well on their tests. I guess mine is reasonably ok, but when I check the breakdown of scores, these two categories pull everything.
I am taking mine late morning, 11:15 to be exact. I've been answering Qs 200-300/day during the exact time I will be taking the exam. Just to set my mind at ease and prepped to do so.
Fingers crossed and barely a week to prep for my weaknesses. :/

I am sitting for the NCLEX (hopefully my first and last) on Friday and I am freaking out. I took Kaplan and Hurst, PDA and exam cram. I have 4000 and Saunders too. So far here are the scores I have been getting this week:
Kaplan
QT 7 - 67
Readiness - 68
Qbank - 63% complete average of 66% (been getting low to high 70s this week)
Hurst 5th - 90/125 = 72%
La Charity 72-94%
Exam Cram - 80s
I'm thinking of purchasing the NCSBN too... do you guys think it's too late to do that?
I badly need your suggestions and opinions. Am i ready? Do you think the NCSBN Qs will help?
