NCLEX final ? re: 3 mth old/hypothroidism

Help, has any one out there pass with 108 questions on NCLEX. My last questions was:

What statement by a mother of a three month old would make you suspect hypoparathyroidism?

A. He does not grasp like he use to?

B. I lay him on his stomach and he does not lift his head?

C. He does not grab objects.

I did not choose A b/c grasping relfex is starting to disappear now.

I did not choose C as did not sound right.

Only one was B which should only be just starting at 3 months. Did i get this wrong & does it mean i probably flunked NCLEX??? Appreciate any and all advice. Thanks so much.
