hello everybody,
Does nclex questions will be same for all the person attending at the same exam centre.Different nursing boards have different questions or is it unique.
If i initially registered to any board of nursing will it be possible to transfer to another board of nursing

As mentioned in numerous other threads you started, the exam is a computer database which adjusts the questions based on your answers. So you can have 75 - 265 questions, depending on how you answer (for RN). Every test taker will get a different test depending on how they answer. The exam is national and does not vary by state, only by test taker.
You can endorse a license from one state to another once you have the license, as long as you meet the requirements for the second state you want to endorse to. Some states require you to have a social security number before they will issue a license, which can be an issue for foreign nurses.
