Thought I'd start a 2014 PVT poll

"Good" pop up says: "Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. Another registration cannot be made at this time."

"Test on hold" pop up says: "The candidate currently has test results that are on hold"

"Credit card page": takes you to the credit card page to make a payment.

Just wanted to add some more confirmation to those that are freaking out after thinking the PVT was the gold standard in unofficial results.

Tested 8/28 and basically knew nothing on my exam except the last question (was a word for word Lippincott question) Shut off at 93, I thought I passed, came home got the CC screen. Given this was my second attempt, I knew I failed and ate an entire box of brownies.

Started reading this thread and saw that there might have been a change after maintenance, so I mustered my courage, paid for quick results and it's showing I passed.

So for all you neurotics out there (that's pretty much all of us I assume) just wait for your quick results and have faith.

I took the exam in CA beginning of july tried trick right after the exam. License posted in 48 hrs

Chellelvn, did you receive the receipt that you paid. And update us if you passed or not. Thank you.

I did receive a receipt and am currently waiting to schedule a new testing date. Just waiting for my ATT. I'm positive I failed, I even searched my name in the records. No license # or anything. Boo..

I wish I saw this earlier. It let me pay after taking exam for the second time. Cut off at 75 questions. I will know Thursday if I passed or failed. And if I'm out $200.00... I wish I would have known this all changed BEFORE i did this!!!

They have changed it as of August 27th and you have to put your cc information and hit submit. It will not charge you if you passed and will tell you that you can not register at this time. If you failed it will charge your credit card. There really is nothing to lose because if you have failed you have to take again so you might as well pay for it now.

They changed the site on August 27th you have to submit cc information not just go to the page. Before it would not even let you start registration but so many people call them and ask them questions they have changed it. A lot of people are not willing to take the chance to submit cc but it will not take your money if you passed - guaranteed.

Curious if you submitted your cc information because you either get the popup or it charges you because you failed. Obviously you have passed so congrats.

Yes, I passed! The results are posted under exam history a little after the quick results are available and also posted on continental testing. The popup works and those that I have seen said they were charged ended up failing. The only other way it might charge if your results are on hold but so far it seems to be true for those that get the good pop up - they have passed. I am now official an RN and onto master's program.

Thank you for saying that. I took the test today and could of sworn that I failed. I did the new PVT trick and got the good pop up. Won't know officially until 3-4 weeks (I'm in Ca & don't participate in quick results). Was the status of your test "delivery successful" or "results not available. "

I didnt see any status, I just went to registration and when it took me to the cc page I was sure I failed and thought that for an hour until I found a site that said they changed it on the 27th and you have to put cc info and submit. If you got the good popup you passed congrats. Check in a couple of days under exam history this is where they show status.

I passed the NCLEX-PN. Phew, I got my results yesterday im from California. It took me 3 weeks to get the official letter. I did got the good pop up before the System Updated yey ^^
