NCLEX advice??

Hello everyone! I am scheduled to take my NCLEX at the end of the month. I was wondering if all you recent NCLEX-PN takers have any advice for me???

Don't know why you can't download those IM programs....the dsl shouldn't matter at all. Oh, well....more importantly, come her tomorrow after your test and tell us how EASY it was for you!!!!

Nursecrickett, Congrats, good job,Sarpa here i will be taking the NCLEX soon, i have several book Mosby ,Smith, i even bought a book from Teaching solution, do you think Saunders i better? please response, Thanks

Hi there,

I only used 2 books.....Saunders and Incredibly Easy. I perefered Saunders....it was more realistic and not like a game.

I can't say which is better.....it took me so much time to just get through the Saunders that I didn't concentrate on the other one.

Just try to get as much exposure as possible to know as much as possible......good luck!!

I too used Saunders for a review. It's almost impossible to go through the entire book... I concentrated mainly on what my classmates that had already took their exams said was on their boards! BUT like I said in a previous post, I took a different state board so I ended up getting an entirely different exam content. All my other classmates had atleast the same content.

One thing I can say about reviewing, I wouldn't cram or try to memorize it all, I found that a lot that was on my exam my reviewing didn't help! Use your review books to refresh yourself and get used to answering the boardlike questions. Remember the ABC's and Maslow's and try to apply them to the question if you get "stuck".... As we all know Airway is always first!

well, dont know what to say and i'm still in shock guys. my exam stop at 85 and dont know if i passed or failed. dont know........ its like i'm on a roller coaster at that time like i'm feeling i want to jump up hehehehe . the questions is mixed up mental, maternity and i have medication which is i hate it at the back of my mind if this last question (85) if it is right it will stop and then that's it and it stop at 85. hoping that i passed... so guys keep praying . thanks!:roll my head is still rolling hehehehe

hello everyone!! well, i took the the exam on feb. 5 and it stop at 85. still waiting for the results and i can't wait for the results and hope i passed . need you prayers guys. i'm going nuts here coz my mind keep on telling me did i passed and or i failed oh god i hope i passed ... you know... anyway, goodluck to all us and keep in touch guys.
