Nclex activation

Greetings to all! I just want to ask advice from nurse.I am a RN in the philippines ang got license in Pennsylvania but my license expired in PA last 2008, and i couldnot renew it because I still do not have SSN. Is there a way that I can activate my license in the USA so that I will be able to apply as a nurse analyst here in the philippines while waiting for my application in USA.

    Have you spoken to the BON about the delays due to retrogression and not able to get a SSN and could you renew your license? That sometimes works otherwise it is a case of meeting requirements at another state
