orchid,When you 'contacted' them was that via the web response request or via phone?
My recommendation is call a local Navy recruiter ask for the health care recruiting phone number and call them directly.
I contacted them via the internet, phone numbers, and contacted the regional recruiter office. I even contacted the regional active duty nurse recruiter and did not get a response.
Thanks for the advice, I will keep trying! :roll
:DHi Orchid,
I'm a Career Counselor Assistant in my reserve unit in San Diego. Well calling did not work, you can also try the navyreserve.com, a lot of information there too. If that doesn't work also, email me.
When you finally get a recruiter, make sure he/she gives you some type of incentives. Like a bonus and or if you have a student loan the Navy will pay for it. The only thing about that you have to signed up for 8 years or more. AND ask lots of questions. Many of them don't tell you the fine line unless you ask.

I am interested in joining the Navy Reserves after I graduate from my BSN program in May 09. I have tried to contact a recruiter but none have called me back. I wanted to find out more information about ODS, and what requirements I needed to start the process.
If anyone can provide me with any information, I would appreciate it.
