I am not sure if this is relevant for you as I applied as a student to the Navy Nurse Candidate Program, but I did my physical over the summer and turned in my packet in August. My recruiter contacted me on Nov 1st to let me know I have been accepted to the program and I just need to sign paperwork. I would imagine it may be different for those that are already licensed RNs.
My timeline is a bit all over the place since I was initially only applying to the Air Force which started back in October 2017. I'll only focus on Navy timeline, of course.
Jan 2018 - MEPS (passed)
Sept 2018 - contacted recruiter and sent all paperwork (since I had everything ready)
October 2018 - re-inspect at MEPS (passed)
November 2018 - CCPD passed
Keep in mind, the physical for MEPS is valid for 2 years.
Well, the AF recruiter wanted me to go into flight nursing which initially I thought was pretty awesome but after a while I got uninterested. Plus I have a friend that's an AE medic stationed overseas and she actually doesn't like it. In addition to that, the AF recruiter didn't give me much info on anything. He only pushed me for clinical nursing which I really don't want. Finally yesterday, which I already knew, I was disqualified for flight nursing because of my height (I'm 5'0") Not even a waiver helped me. He called back and told me he was still going to try and look for a unit for me but I'm very meh about it. I kind of also applied to Army but it's my third choice - haven't really heard anything from them either. The only one that's really motivating me and is super helpful is Navy recruiter.

Hello all,
what did your timeline look like from starting the application process to finding out if you were accepted? Mine looks like this so far
July 2018 spoke with recruiter
August 2018 most paperwork completed along with interviews
September 2018 MEPS physical and passed same day
Ocrober 2018 references and licensing info at CCPD/BUMED. My stuff is still here. I'm desperately trying to find out if it will be finished before the Nov 15 board.
