Does anyone's facility use this? If so, how do you feel about it?

We just did an online in-service and I am up in the air.

We have to wear tracker badges that will show where we are at all times. I see the benefits, but it still makes me feel very "Big Brotherish".

Just wanted to see if anyone has experience with this system and how you like it.

Right now we just have a simple call-light system: Pt pushes button, it lights up outside of door, rings at the desk showing the pt room number, and all you can do is answer and hang-up.

The new system will allow the desk to do all sorts of things.

The main thing I like is that now we can pull a code button from in the room, whereas before (and currently) we have to call a number, and call the code, delaying care to the pt in my opinion.
