Hey Guys... Just wanted to get some input. I'm applying for both National University and West Coast University. It's premature... But, I just need to get some information on experiences regarding both schools. Thanks!

None I would never pay 100k for just a BSN . Go to a community college

I go to National and it's a great school with any school there will be negative comments which is usually with the communication with the advisors.
WCU university is on the expensive side so take prereqs and transfer them in as a RN you can pay off the school quick. Transferring prereqs will save you a lot with WCU. Many use it as a last resort school because of the price but if you're getting the school paid for like with Post 9/11 then school cost doesn't matter. and it's one of the easier schools to get accepted to start ASAP
Many will say go LVN and or ADN but to me that's a waste of time unless since BSN is the standard. If you have time, go BSN or if you get LVN for free then go that route and as far as ADN I would go BSN first then ADN which ever accepts you first.
Community colleges are more competitive and more compacted because of the cost of the school. You know what's best for your timeline.
So, the whole comment of 100k is meaningless
National University BSN program doesn't cost 100k as well

I wouldn't have wasted my time that school is still close to 100k at this point you're technically paying to recieve a diploma and as a new grad you will not make enough to pay the student loan off . If you have to resort to paying close to 100k to be a nurse you're attending a diploma mill. Nursing isn't for everyone especially if you gotta pay close to 100k to be accepted that's a red flag

You have to invest in yourself regardless to make money. Makes no difference than investing 100k in your own business.
National University is 60k for a BSN
WCU is about 90k ish when you transfer all prerequisites in.
Nothing you makes any sense and has no logic behind your comment.
A RN with a BSN can make over 100k a year that's a fact. I live in California and regular jobs are paying over 100k. Travel nurse and nursing agency are paying way more than 100k.
Please do your research before spouting out false information because the ignorance is shining bright within you LOL
I also didn't have to pay for school my service in the military provided my education benefits so zero cost to me besides gas to drive 30 min.
Veterans are a big population of National University to include active duty so majority don't have to worry about the cost of school.

60k you're getting ripped off and paying for a degree aka diploma mill school. Employers frown upon that . Nursing isn't for every one especially if you have to take that route .You can't and shouldn't start out as a travel nurse as a new grad. You need to step into reality .

Hi! What are the clinical schedules like at National? Do you attend weekly? I live in Northern Cali and I wouldn't mind flying down to S.D. for clinicals. Hopefully, I can get into the Fresno cohort, which is close to me, in comparison to S.D.

I wouldn't recommend that apply to Fresno the changes to schedule can be lost min
