Members are discussing the waitlist process for admissions, with some receiving waitlist emails and questioning how the ranking system works. There is confusion about the waitlist process, with some members mentioning that one person has been admitted from the waitlist. Additionally, there are questions about the timeline for accepted individuals to accept their seat and whether the anesthesia program is online.
Getting this thread started early for National University's CRNA 2025 Cohort. Anyone else apply this year?
For those who were admitted: I've created a Facebook group if you'd like to join! https://m.facebook.com/groups/509385011710098/?ref=share&mibextid=S66gvF
I emailed the admissions secretary to ask if I could know what position I am on the waitlist. She responded saying an email goes out to the whole waitlist if a spot opens up and it's first come first serve?! I emails back clarifying if this means the first person to respond gets the spot and she said yes.... Does this seem wrong?

That's what I was told last year.
