I'm not. Someone else who receive an on the spot hasn't received theirs yet so its not the end yet.

I would say they aren't done. The emails are personalized. I would give them time to trickle in. Positive thoughts only, don't write yourself off yet. Last year when I was waitlisted others received emails way before me. But I still heard back.

I wonder if they are doing it based on the ranks we received or the dates we interviewed. It's so nerve-wracking.

Everyone (who I know) that received an on the spot offer has received their official offer/email. Maybe they're barely sending out the ranked ones? At least one person who didn't receive an on the spot has to be on this thread, right?
