National Nurses Week 2021 begins Thursday, May 6, and ends Wednesday, May 12, Florence Nightingale's birthday! Nurses and many other healthcare professionals and first responders have certainly gained the respect of everyone for all they have been doing for more than a year to care for people during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Several restaurants and stores have been offering discounts for healthcare and frontline workers during the COVID months as a sign of their appreciation for the hard work these folks have been doing. During Nurses Week, many businesses will continue to express their appreciation to nurses for all they do on a daily basis by offering Nurses Week Discounts and Freebies May 6 - 12 and beyond.
