Does anyone know what last years cut off was in terms of time stamps?

Based on last year's thread it looks like someone who sent in their app at 9:03 was high on the wait list and ended up getting in, but I'm not sure what the final cut off was.
Anyone know what the program's schedule looks like? I can't find any info from previous years.

Hi, everyone! Another applicant here! Best of luck to all; it is such a nerve-wracking wait! I applied last year at 9:04 AM and was waitlisted, but did not get in. I was able to get that 9:00 AM timestamp this year, so I am very hopeful! I hope everyone is staying safe despite everything going on in the world right now.

Are letters sent to personal emails or student emails?
