The last time I used a NANDA nursing diagnosis was in 1994... on a nursing school care plan.
This is sad to hear from me. So basically , that book doesn't have any importance right now in nursing school degree programs in Canada ? Do you think studying the textbooks such as the '' Canadian fundamentals of nurisng ' or ' pharmacology ' or code of ethics .. and other is enough to prepare for the OSCE? Yes other than all the preparation they offer through meeting .
It's definitely necessary for you to have some knowledge of how nursing is taught here. All three books you mentioned will be helpful. You should know the names we use for different drugs, classes of drugs we use that may not be used in Italy, and of course, ethics specific to Canadian nurses.
Yes I will buy and study this for sure ! Thanks :)

I am a nursing student in Univeristy of Bologna Italy . We use the Nanda diagnosis book all three years and our written part of the internship exam each year is based on this book. I ' d like to ask if other nursing degree courses in Canada use it , as do they give much importance to it ? And other countries other than Italy and Canada , do they use it often during their degree course ? Thank you
