During interviews you are most likely to get asked about your strengths and weaknesses.but what do u say when you cant think of your weakness. I havent really notice any on my past jobs. I have good communication, organizational, and leadership skills and do my best at what i do. I have never been written up, always received good evaluations with the max percentage for a increase in wages.i have always been the one chosen to train other staff members and when i thought about leaving a job my employers tried their best to keep me there. I ask this because i am a new nurse and i have a interview in a few days and i am trying to think of something i can say when i am asked this question. I definitely dont know it all so i am sure its something that i have missed.everyone have weaknesses?!!

Yes, everyone has weaknesses. Personally, I would be a little put off by a potential employee who says "I don't have any weaknesses." It comes across as a lack of personal insight and honest self-reflection. Nobody is perfect at everything. A weakness doesn't have to be something that you are bad at, it is something that you want to improve. You might be too hard on yourself, or tend to take things personally, or want to improve your time management, or don't like to ask for help, or maybe you take work home with you. I'm sure if you look hard enough you will be able to identify something in your work habits or character that needs could use improvement. You can also identify a weakness you have had in the past and explain how you improved it.

Thanks for your advice. I have sat back and examine myself and I have come up with quite a few things to mention as my weaknesses.

Try to put a positive spin on it. I know that for me, my biggest weakness is that sometimes I think I know it all. So I make it a point to ask lots of questions especially if it's a new procedure or medication that I'm not familiar with. So basically point out your weakness, but then talk about how you are working on fixing it.
