My teacher Failed, need advice

Hi all,

I would like to get someone opinion on situation that I am currently having.

I have a teacher that hates my guts since I began this Semester with him. During our clinicals there were many times were he would scream at me for minor mistakes (literally scream) and always tells me that I am not ready and should not be in the class and should drop it and retake it (and he would say in in the beginning of the semester).

Anyways I think he hates me because I am from Ukraine and have an accent. My teacher is in my clinicals and lecture classes. So we just took out Final Test and I barely passed by averaging all of my test scores including final.

But in the morning after the final test scores were posted and I saw that I was passing, I have noticed that on my Tri-C Blackbord page my teacher removed 3 points from a PREVIOUS!!! test which we did 2 weeks ago and reviewed it the next day. So after he removed these 3 points I am no longer passing this semester.

After calling my friend students that are in the same class, they told me that their test scores remained the same and no points were taking off!!!! So it was only me, he probably thought that I wouldn't notice it but luckily I did. After sending him sms regarding why my points were removed, he called me, and screamed at me stating that me and other student were cheating on final which is UNTRUE, and told me that my further actions might harm another student that is my friend, and hanged up. Now he finally answered on why he changed my test score, is because he was giving some extra point and game me double which is BS, and he removed it, he also added in email that he is coordinating time to meet with me regarding my grade and possible plagiarism. (I think he is trying to scare me with so I wouldn't go any further). But I don't want him to review my test with me because I don't trust him and believe that he should be reevaluated by Nursing Division.

Is it ok if I set up an appointment with Program Coordinator regarding this matter?

Also, can I file a complaint to Nursing Division after Program Coordinator?

And what do you guys think about this situation and what should I do?

I think that my complaints and concerns will not do much and I will still fail but will only irritate that teachers nerves which will give me some retribution.

But I do want him to answer for what he has done, I think since other students are not failing he might change and remove some points from them so he can justify his actions.

I think you should definitely file and try to go to the dean. Explain to them your exact story and thoughts. I think they will definitely care. How did you do in your other classes? Do other teachers like you? If so this will look good for you.

In all other classes I never had any problems with any teachers.
