I can now officially say I am an LPN. I took my NCLEX on 10/24/2013 and was scared to life
How I prepared:
I began studying in earnest on September 6th
I paid for the 3 week NCBSN extension program - was discouraged by my pre-test score but did not give up
I used the CD from Saunder's 4th edition - Green book in study mode
I used the study guide that I found the link to on here
I used the Dover NCLEX 3000 online questions ( this helped a lot!)
I went back to my ATT reviews and did those practice tests again
Oh I tried the Pearson Vue Trick when I arrived home and got the good pop-up but was still afraid until I saw this confirmation.
The Board of Nursing posted my License this morning. I did not leave there feeling good or bad about the test. I had been praying and other people had been praying for me so that I know with God All Things Are Possible.
I know...let us know how you did...when did you take your test? In CA. takes 3-4 weeks. I have been trying to call the board but no luck with speaking with anyone for more than a week to see what date they are process but I got a hold of a rep on the new system breEZe that they are switching to and they responded quickly the same day. Now they said they are going to review what is going on and they will reply back to me as soon as they know. (breEZe responded to me by email)
Tammuning I took mine last Friday October 25. I finished all the 205 question and 40 SATA. After 2 hours I checked PVT and got the good pop up. I'm from carson ca.

I am from Long Beach CA. Ya took mine on 10/24/2013 and my computer shut off around 106-109 questions for me it was pretty much every other was SATA, so Pharm, Drag priority, infection control..no calculation..
Subnikki77 can u please tell me how do i know if you pass or fail, like what you did before in only one day. What the website should I go? Thank you. :)

Just took my LPN on 10/24/2013 in ca. I also got the good pop up which said already schedule and need to contact board and cant schedule another one at this time. Its been a week now and still waiting on my results.. I to think its hard to believe the PVT trick until I get the results in the mail. In ca. no fast reults to check..the only thing is that when I do the PVT good pop up and that is the only thing I kinda believe. Need some advice what do you think pass? I too hope so I read lots and lots of posting that people who got the pop up pass. Well now its just the waiting game :)
I hope you have heard by now - I firmly believe in the Pearson view trick it worked for me and 2 of my other classmates - one passed the other did not
