Hi everyone,
I am just working on my pre-reqs for my accelerated BSN program, then I will be applying for the BSN. I just finished my first undergrad degree with great marks. In fact, if I applied to a Masters of Nursing program with the marks I got in my current undergrad degree, I think I will get in. However, I am very concerned about nursing school since I've heard all these horror stories. I went to a #1 school with a rigorous program and am proud of the marks I currently achieved. The atmosphere was very very competitive. Still, nursing is probably a whole different ball park (I plan to apply to nursing at the same place I did my current undergrad). I would LOVE to get great marks (at least an 80% average) in my BSN program so I am competitive for the Masters. My ultimate goal is to become an NP. It is something I just HAVE to do. So, I am wondering, what is the best way to succeed in the BSN? Fortunately, I do not have any other comitments. I don't have any kids, husband, and money is not an issue (so I don't need to work during school). I live at home and am provided everything, so I do have time to focus solely on school. Just wondering the best way for success and to meet my goals in my next degree!? (I know I'm a little pro-active lol).
