MUSC ABSN Fall of 2015

I know this is still a little early, but I wanted to go ahead and make the thread so all prospective students could prepare. My credentials aren't nearly as good as a lot of people who have applied, but I felt like it was worth a shot since MUSC is my last chance at a BSN before I just do the ADN and bridge to BSN later on.

I should have right at a 3.1 at the time of my application. Made a C in Anatomy, a B+ in Physiology, and a B- in Chemistry. Microbiology will be in progress next semester, and I made pretty much As in every other non-science pre-req. I'm hoping that my volunteer and work experience will buffer my low GPA and grades :)

Not accepted apparently they received one of my reference letters 4 days late so they never even considered my application

Hey everyone! I got in last semester but deferred my enrollment to Fall 2015 in order to finish my Bachelor of Science in Biology. I also attempted to log-on to the Facebook page that was previously mentioned in this thread - but, I didn't have any luck with it. I have been following this since it started in October - that point was before I was accepted last semester. I am glad the week is finally here and we will all meet at mini-orientation soon.

Hi I'm Emily! I was accepted into the program in the spring but had to defer my enrollment due to a tragedy. Iwill be attending in the fall even though we have no idea how we are gonna live out there. Some advice, alternates, many of you will get in so keep close to your phone and email, as it is first to accept first to be accepted there isn't really a ranking system with alternates. Also, spring has half the applicants as fall so if you don't get in at least give it one more shot!
