Muhlenberg School of Nursing in NJ

Published

Hi, if you are currently attending the muhlenberg school of nursing in NJ, id love to hear your stories... both generic and accelerated prog students..im currently in the process of applying in the said school and it would really help me a lot if you can tell me what to expect..etc. thanks a lot in advance! any comments, suggestions and helpful tips would be greatly appreciated!

I will be starting clinicals in that school this coming semester. :nuke:

I would say make sure you study A LOT for both anatomy I and II. Not to discourage you, but they are extremely demanding, and you don't want to take them twice. Once you get into Nurm 119, make sure you actually read the textbook. It's a must for getting a grade higher than a C.

Also, see if you can find a study buddy who is taking a lot of the same classes. I have one, and it really is beneficial.

Oh, and a lot of the people who work in the school's offices don't always tell you correct information, like about registration, and orientations, so make sure you get information verified.

Good luck! and if you get in, message me on here and maybe we can meet up. :nurse:

aaww im sorry to hear that...since you're already a student at UCC, try calling them instead of just waiting..try to talk to the Dean of Nursing.im sure they'll always reconsider and just try to do better when you get in again. I never had to take the science part of the NET, just the reading and math, and grammar and spelling etc..

or maybe while waiting for the invitation from UCC, you can take other classes like your humanities electives and/or classes that you can apply towards a bachelors degree later on. just my 2 cents. hang in there..you'll be fine.
