Hi! Has anyone on here applied to Middle Tennessee School of Anesthesia this application cycle? I submitted my application last week!
I agree it was like I couldn’t even fully give an answer before the next question was fired and I was having to go to a whole different topic or add to something else. I also felt like I was so nervous I may not even have heard/answered correctly on what specifics they were looking for. I got a ton of IABP questions, impella, AS, and just a wide variety of everything. I think since I have been out of an ICU for 2 years and in Cath lab they really wanted to make sure I knew my stuff. My interview went to I think like 20 mins where the girl before me was in there like 10 mins and came out smiling. LOL I did not come out smiling more of like “what just happened” LOL
I also heard from a current student there was less applicants this year so hopefully that means all of us will get in!
I’m terrible with this site and don’t think it’s user friendly so I am sorry that I’m just posting and not replying to posts but from what I remember the interviewee was like “aortic stenosis, tell me about it” so I did and then questions just kept happening/ explanations and I was like I’m confused if you are asking me another question or if you are explaining this to me right now (in my head).
I got 2 emotional intelligence and 2 clinical and then I asked my 2.
Am I paranoid to think someone from the school has a profile and is watching what we say and going to see me say I got drilled LOL!

Hahaha I’m glad I’m not the only one who’s been dreaming nonstop about it ??

I didn’t get an interview when the first invites were sent out. 2 weeks later I got one. I guess they had some people decline interviews initially so they asked more applicants.
