Hi guys I wanted to create a forum to see those who are also applying to Mt. Sac in July. I applied last application period and didn't make it with 70 points. I was told they had 500 applicants so I'm hoping for an opportunity this coming term.

Hi, I spoke to a counselor before and she said Mt Sac doesnt take in process classes when applying for the program. However, I cant speak for the other schools because I don't know the answer for that.

Man I so scared I have 48 points with no health care experience as of RN since I just started my job. I have everything so stellar but just not that healthcare. Which will probably kick me out of the running for the apps if I don’t get those points

Does anyone know what was the cutoff points for fall semester. I was at 74 and did not make it in.

They mentioned the cutoff point last semester was 75 and above ?

Hey a guys so update on my point total. Next week I reach my 200 hrs of work experience. So add that with everything I am at 76 points. Hopefully that’s enough to get me over the hump this Spring.

Hi everyone! How’s your applications coming along? Is anyone having the same issue as me — when I try to upload my personal statement for the supplemental portion, it says the file needs to be in PDF when my file is already a PDF? The error won’t go away so I can’t submit!

I was able to submit and all of my files were pdf already

Hey guys. Make sure your applications are done by this Wednesday. Someone I know in the program says they usually email the top 100 applicants super fast after deadline passes. So maybe That this Friday or the next Tuesday(9/7) since Monday is Labor Day they’ll send out emails
