Good evening. My name is Nicole. I am apply to the Spring 2020 ADN program at Mt San Antonio College. Just wanting to connect with potential applicants. Would love to hear how your application process is going, how it went, how many points you're applying with, etc. I am apply with 76 points. Not too good but crossing my fingers.

Hey everyone. I have yet to hear from michelle boyer. Shes the one that made the selections and sent out the emails. Emailed her twice and called the office but she seems to be in clinicals all the time. Someone else wrote to not worry since they know whats going on with my situation. So i still have to wait and see what they say.

@Isamar Moreno

oh well that’s not very helpful on her part ? thanks for sharing,

I’m sure your in or probably #1 on the alternate list. Do you mind me asking what you scored on the hesi?

Hi. I'm my name is Joanna. So I was accepted to Mt. SACs program along with the other 3 schools I applied to:) I will not be attending Mt. SAC as I will be going to SBVC:) they are 10 mins away vs 45mins for Mt. SAC. Which means there will be at least one seat open for an alternate at Mt. SAC, Chaffey, and ELAC. Good luck in your program guys:)

Hi. I was accepted last week, and I gave up my spot today. I decided to accept somewhere which is closer to my home. Good luck everyone!

Hi Isamar Moreno,

I had a somewhat similar issue regarding my application last application. I got into the Fall 2019. But it wasn't easy, I submitted my application with 92 points. I got a 90% on the Hesi, and straight A's in my pre-reqs, CNA background etc. When I saw the counselor, she stated I should be happy blah blah blah I shouldn't have anything to worry about. First email I got, it was a rejection letter. No reasons stated, I reached out to Boyer, no answer, they stated I should attend the workshop. Workshops wouldn't know what went wrong with my application. So what I did was reach out the counselor who saw me and explained to her what happened and asked her to help me gain some light as to what went wrong. 2 days letter, I got an acceptance email from Boyer basically saying my bad. Try it and let me know :)

Hello,

just wondering if anyone received any info regarding the orientation package yet?

I haven't gotten anything after they confirmed they received my acceptance email. I read somewhere in another thread that orientation is pretty much explaining the layout of the program, expectations, schedule, and what materials you will need before starting. I'm going to be out of town until right before orientation so I'm going to call to double check if there's anything needed for orientation.
