I've never heard of this degree before. Is it IT-based? What exactly is the field of expertise here?
From my experience - employers are not likely to pay the premium $ associated with MSN-required positions unless they require some very specific skills/knowledge that can add value to the organization. That's why nurse informaticists earnings are up. "General knowledge" graduate degrees (clinical or non-clinical) that do not require any sort of operational internship/practicum are really not valuable in healthcare.

What kind of positions can an RN get with a Masters in Clinical Systems management?.. I have a BA and Associates in Nursing so I want to go into a Masters program. I figured it may be more beneficial in the long run to have a masters in nursing instead of just getting another bachelors degree. I am trying to get feedback on this particular program. Does anyone have this degree or heard anything about it ? Do you think I will have more career options with this degree versus a BSN ? I would really appreciate some opinions on this matter, thank you.
