Moving towards admin/education?

Hey guys,

I've been in clinical practice as a psych APRN for almost 3 years, prior to that I worked in the public health field for 3 years and after the past 6 years, I think I'm done with clinical work. I've had two psych APRN jobs in my time and I kept thinking that the reason I didn't really enjoy either one was that they weren't the right jobs for me, but I'm thinking that maybe I'm just not a clinical type of girl, so I'm thinking that transitioning into an administration or educator job might be a better fit. I always wanted to be a teacher and I currently teach childbirth classes (yes, I know NOTHING to do with my psych training) and have previously taught prenatal and lactation courses as well, and I really enjoy teaching. I also get to be involved ins one structural issues, program management and building/expansion in my current position, I really enjoy the meetings and data collection and processing. However, I'm not sure of how to go about making this move. Any of you who have done this have any advise? I don't have an admin or education degree and I don't have any formal experience in either field, outside of the few co-workers I supervise in my current position and the occasional educational presentation I give. Is there anything I can do to give myself a leg up? Anything I shouldn't do? Any help would be great. I'm just burned out and unhappy working with patients every day and I don't like feeling this way at all!
