Moving 3 months after starting a new job?

I worked the first 4 years of my career in Phoenix, then a month ago I moved to Texas to join my boyfriend, who was already there. Now 1 month into a new job, my boyfriend just got his dream job in New York and I would like to join him there, too. We would move in about 2 months, which would be about the same time that I would be coming off of orientation. Can anyone share tips on how to quit a job right after finishing orientation? Also, would you put that job as experience on a resume? I feel terrible and I never thought I would be leaving this job so soon!
