moving to las vegas from seattle!!!

Hi everyone am an RN from seattle with one year experience hoping to relocate to las vegas probably in september of this year. I've been researching on the best places to live with a family ( have a 2 and 5 year old)and am being drawn to the henderson area. The rain and cold weather are driving me crazy here in seattle and I wanna be near my family who live in California. From what I've read it seems like st.Rose is a good hospital to work so I was thinking of applying there. Does anyone know if they are hiring,have relocation program,pt ratio,nice place to work. I've had 1 year experience as an RN in med/surg and 7 yrs as an LPN. Kindly lemmie know if this would be a good move.:idea: Thanks in advance.

I have about five years total nursing experience. Getting licensed by endorsement in Nevada is pretty straight-forward and I was pleased with the results, getting licensed in a week's time.
