Moving to Dallas, TX from CA

I'm a NICU nurse with over 9 years of Level 3 NICU experience and I will be relocating to Dallas next year from San Diego. I know nothing about the hospitals in the area. I am looking for feedback on the NICUs and working environments. If anyone has information about the different hospitals I would greatly appreciate any info. Thanks.

Not a lot of help on the specifics, but remember that Texas does not have any law like California for maximum staffing ratios and is not a union friendly state.
