Mountain View College Spring 2019

Hi all! Haven't seen one for Spring application yet and I have some questions so I thought I'd start this!

It says on the app that we need closed transcripts from all previous schools. What if we have one on file with admissions, does this count? Only one of my classes is from an out of state school and on econnect it shows transfer equivalent. I have an email in to Self-Drake asking but thought maybe someone would know sooner. TIA!

I wonder why they lowered the GPA to 2.75? ...maybe it stopped a lot of people from applying this time?

Im so glad someone started a thread. I've completed all my pre-req and some supporting courses. But Im freaking out about the HESI. I just took it for the first time ever Thursday and didn't do well. Im planning to re-take soon, but was informed at testing center you can not take it at Mountain view twice. Only once per semester. I was confused with that. Did you all take the Hesi multiple times and if so did you have to take at different testing centers. Also what books you used to study to get a good score. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you :)

Did you at least score the minimum requirement? I wont be getting the extra points for having a high HESI score, but I was happy with my score.

In some subject I scored well. But A&P Im far from the required 75% ..insert sad face.... A&P is so confusing to me! Ugh

Keep trying that was my struggling section before I took A&P 2.

A&P I scored an 88% in. My lowest score was an 82% and that was in English for some reason. I think it was because I saved it for last, and I was just tired of reading crap at that point. lol
