Mountain View College Fall 2015

Hello,

Anyone applying for Mountain View College Nursing Program next Fall 2015? I planned on applying this April for Fall 2014 but I have not yet taking the HESI or patho or pharm. Wanted to see who is planning on applying next year.

I never hear much about anything at this school, most not be a very good school. I plan on applying at MVC and ECC. Guess I need to check more into ECC and maybe use MVC as plan B, cant get much info here :?

I currently am a tech at MCMC and we just hired two new intern/grads that both came from MVC. They both have really positive things to say about it, and have both passed their boards on the first time. They only had one student fail, one drop for UTA, and the other failed the drug test. So far, they are holding their own and are keeping up pretty well. I workon a very busy med/surg floor and quite a few new nurses havent lasted long. Hope that helps!!

Thank you for your input. I have heard from several people, that patho and pharm are not transferable to UTA unless taking at ECC. Is that true? MVC wants us to take it there to get the extra points, but it wont transfer, so why do they do that?

Now I heard certain ones are transferable, be careful and make sure your classes transfer
