casseyy 95 Posts Oct 2, 2014 Hi guys! I'm really happy to see a post about the adn program for spring 2015. I haven't seen any other posts either. I'm really scared about getting in! I heard that most people hear about interviews around October. My stats aren't that great. I have a 3.5 overall gpa and a 3.0 in my science gpa. I'm a transfer student so I'm really hoping my chances aren't slim. What's your gpa?

ashhhd28 47 Posts Oct 2, 2014 What was your previous score? My science gpa is 3.0 and my overall is 3.41. I wish it was higher!!!!!

ashhhd28 47 Posts Oct 3, 2014 Well I know you can take the test twice with mount st.marys so that's what I plan on doing. I hope so too because I doubt that I'll get into a cal state because I don't meet the gpa requirement that majority of there applicants that get in have. But fingers crossed ☺️
casseyy 95 Posts Oct 3, 2014 Oh really? I'll probably call them tomorrow and check! Did you already schedule to take the TEAS with them?And I know! It's so hard to get into Cal States... It's def a lot more competitive.Is MSMC your first choice?
ashhhd28 47 Posts Oct 3, 2014 Yes I scheduled it for the first testing date and then to take it again on the last test date that msmc offer. Msmc is my first choice because csu's are so competitive but I'm open and might apply to some of the community colleges also. I wish more prospective students for msmc spring 2015 would share their info!!!

casseyy 95 Posts Oct 3, 2014 Oh that's a really smart idea! Good luck!Yeah same here. I wish I applied to community colleges ADN programs for spring. I only applied to MSMC, fullerton, and long beach. I know!! I really want to hear other peoples status and stats.
