Most beneficial NICU association?

I want to join a professional association but right now can only afford to do one so I'm trying to figure out which one has been the most helpful to NICU nurses? I'm going to be starting my first NICU job in a few weeks and I'd love to be already signed up for a professional organization to keep up on knowledge.

Please see the reply I sent to the thread titled, Which NICU journal is the best for a new grad? submitted by GoldenEagleRN. No sense in me writing the same information twice. I have included the prices of two NICU nursing organization memberships of which both include journals as a part of their membership. Good luck deciding. I strongly encourage you to join both because the information in both of them is trememdous and will only help you as you care for those tiny little lives which are depending on your skills every day.
