Hi,
I am taking my boards next thursday and have read that many have had a lot of priority questions. My problem is that the review tests I have taken seem to be lacking in that area. I was wondering if there was a book that had a lot of priority practice questions. I have been using Saunders ed. 2, Kaplan review book, Lippincott review book and Sylvia Rayfield Review books.
I was also wondering how accurate the MOSBY CAT was. I bought it online and the first time I took it I got a 94% chance of passing the NCLEX and the next day I retook a different MOSBY CAT test and got a 99% chance of passing (I have not looked at the correct answers or rationales for either test, as I was worried I would get some of the same questions repeated, which I did, I did save the answers and rationales to look at on monday and tuesday, after I have taken the CAT a few more times.)
Thanks!

hi laurie,
welcome to allnurses!
i just passed the nclex and i found that the best priority type questions were from the ncsbn. it costs approx. $50 for thirty days access. in all honesty though, no review really had the same questions as the nclex. i also did the mosby and had high scores and high level of difficulty questions. i think that when you do the mosby you need to look at the difficulty level that you are finishing with.
good luck
